Some of you may remember I blogged about my favorite books in 2020 in June, but I figured I needed to update y’all on what I’ve read since then. Honestly, I haven’t read very many books since then (does writing a book count?), but the ones I have read were very good.

Unplanned is a true story about Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood leader, who witnessed a life changing ultrasound and has never looked back since. She went from leading a large Planned Parenthood facility to becoming one of the most pro-life speakers and advocates today. Her story is an eye opener to the realities of abortion, abortion clinics, and the ministry of advocates against abortion.
I’m currently reading Monster by Frank Peretti and, oh my. When they say it’s a horror/thriller, they truly mean it! I love reading thrillers late at night. It’s weird, I know. I’m not finished reading this book yet, so I can’t give a rating on the story as a whole. But so far, this story gets five stars!
Like I said, I haven’t had much time to read this fall. Between a heavy school semester and finishing edits on In Wildcat Hollow, I was crazy busy! But I’m hoping spring semester will be a little lighter on work so I’ll have the time and energy to read more. I asked for quite a few books for Christmas so my TBR list is piling up!
